Deskman reads Search Console, Bing, your CMS and the answer engines, then puts the three signals that decide whether anyone finds you on a single panel.
Three channels, one panel
Most tools only measure the first one. Deskman scores all three separately, so you can tell which one is actually costing you traffic.
Clicks, impressions, CTR and position pulled straight from Search Console and Bing, broken down by query and page, with the movement since last period already worked out.
Answer engines lift a paragraph, not a page. Deskman checks which of your pages carry the structure they need — clear questions, direct answers, valid schema — and flags the ones that don't.
Run your real buying questions through ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude on a schedule, and record whether your brand appears, which competitor got named instead, and which source the model cited.
Setup
Google or Microsoft. We read the verified email, check the domain against your workspace policy, and create the account — no password to invent, no confirmation link to chase.
One click for Google and Microsoft. For everything else you paste a key, and Deskman calls the API once to prove it works before storing anything. Keys are encrypted at rest and never shown again.
Every source lands in the same layout: what changed, how much, and what to do about it. Export the same view as a report when someone asks.
Tokens and API keys are sealed with libsodium before they touch the database, using a key held outside it.
Every connector asks for the narrowest scope that answers the question. Nothing writes back to your properties.
Workspaces can be limited to approved company domains, with DNS ownership checks for everyone else.
Disconnecting a source deletes its credentials immediately. Closing an account removes the lot.
Questions
Only the properties you pick. For Search Console that is the site you select and its query data; for Analytics it is the single property you choose. You can see every scope on the Integrations screen and revoke any of them in one click.
No. The workspace owner registers one OAuth app, and everyone else connects through it with a normal consent screen. If you are self-hosting Deskman, the Setup screen walks through registering that app.
You supply the questions your buyers actually ask. Deskman sends them to the engines you have connected on a schedule, then records whether your brand appears in the answer, which sources were cited, and who was named instead. It is a sampled measurement, not a guarantee — the engines are not deterministic, so trends matter more than any single run.
Yes. A workspace can accept only approved company domains, refuse personal mailboxes, and require Google or Microsoft sign-in. Anyone on an unlisted domain has to publish a DNS record before they get in.
They are deleted with the account. Disconnecting a single source deletes just that credential, straight away, and the connection stops working immediately.
Search Console takes about thirty seconds and fills the panel on its own.
